Long Description

The legalized water sources are: 1-) Thermal Source. This source of natural water is ideal for tourist exploitation since it allows the construction of a swimming pool or several thermal water pools, which is well known in the area. 2-) Source for human consumption. This source of water allows the availability of natural and pure water service for human consumption, as well as supply in the different buildings and the possibility of building swimming pools. 3-) Source for irrigation. This water source is very important to maintain the abundant vegetation of the property and provide the feeling of being in a tropical paradise all year round. It is important to indicate that the farm has four water springs at different points, which can also be used for different uses, so there is an abundant supply of water throughout the year. On the property, there is the main house, two cabin areas, and other buildings in different parts of the property. The main house consists of: - Main room with private bathroom and walk-in closet.
